1. What NoticeKey is — and is not

NoticeKey provides automated, plain-language explanations of tax notices, grounded in cited official sources. NoticeKey is not a law firm, not a CPA firm, is not enrolled to practice before the IRS, and provides information, not legal, tax, or financial advice. No attorney-client, accountant-client, or representative relationship is created by using it. The printed text of your own notice and the determinations of the relevant agency always control.

2. Your responsibilities

• Verify deadlines and amounts against your printed notice before acting.
• Use the tool only for documents you have the right to submit.
• Understand that automated analysis can be imperfect — treat it as orientation, not a determination.

3. The Response Pack

The $48 Response Pack is a one-time purchase of organizational document templates. It contains structure and instructions, with fields you complete from your own records. It is not a prepared return, not a filed response, and not representation. If the pack fails to generate after payment, contact us via your Stripe receipt for a re-delivery or full refund. 4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $48 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). 5. Acceptable use

No scraping, no bulk automated submission, no use of the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate, no resale of analyses as your own professional work product.
